Our clients are special people, and so are our caregivers. It takes someone with skill and compassion, common sense
and patience, responsibility and a sense of humor to be one of TLC's nearly 200 caregivers.
You will find our caregivers to be caring, friendly and anxious to serve.
Of course, allowing someone into your home and entrusting them with the safety of a family member is a serious
decision. There have been some problems - even some tragedies - when families weren't careful about who they
employed as sitters or companions.
That's why TLC Caregivers is so particular about the caregivers that we employ.

All caregivers at TLC Caregivers have been screened by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.

TLC Caregivers uses a physician-directed medical laboratory to perform a 10-panel drug test on every
employee - the highest stand of caution.

TLC Caregivers insures and bonds every employeeagainst losses from theft, accidents or general liability.

TLC Caregivers takes full responsibility, withholds all taxes, and pays the Social Security payments for all caregivers.
