Drugs don’t work at TLC. We use a physician-directed laboratory to conduct a 10-panel drug screen on all our employees.
- LAW ENFORCEMENT BACKGROUND CHECKS
Our team members undergo a rigorous criminal background screening searched through the Florida Dept of Law Enforcement. Every employee is also screened locally and through the FBI.
- WORKERS COMPENSATION PROTECTION
TLC Caregivers are fully covered by Workers Compensation Insurance.
- BONDED AND INSURED
TLC and each of our employees is fully insured and bonded against losses resulting from theft, accidents, or general liability.

TLC Caregivers is registered by the Florida Agency for Healthcare Administration to provide Personal Care, Companion and Homemaker services (#5703), licensed in Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties, and is certified by Florida Agency for Persons with Disabilities to provide Respite, Personal Care, Companion, and In-home Support.

Unlike many “sitter services”, TLC Caregivers employs our caregivers. This is critically important because taxes and social security are withheld from payroll and paid by TLC, relieving clients of legal liability and complicated record keeping. TLC supervisors are available around the clock ensuring your unique plan of care and schedule caters to your need. Our 24 hour schedulers are ready when you need them.
